STUDIO MEMBERS
Principal and founder Patricia Benner is a graduate of Smith College (BA), Boston University (MBA), and USC (MLA).
Patricia is highly knowledgeable about residential architecture and prizes the elegance of clean lines with material warmth. With her business background, she brings professionalism and strong project management to every design.
Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Architectural Digest, Luxe, California Homes, Interiors California, and Veranda.
She is affiliated with the Design Leadership Network, Ad Pro, The Garden Club of America, the Garden Conservancy, and ASLA, and serves on the Board of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Classical America.
Catherine leads the design direction and client development of projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles.
Her design ethic is rooted in the study of history, art, and ecology, with an approach shaped by her history degree from Yale and her MLA from UC Berkeley. She emphasizes clarity, meaning, and ecological value in every design.
Before joining the firm, she worked at Pamela Burton and Company and Stephen Billings Landscape Architecture on large-scale developments and estates. A native of Pacific Palisades, she is particularly interested in the post-fire rebuilding process.
Molly leads residential and commercial projects in LA and Santa Barbara. She is a licensed Landscape Architect with 10 years of experience.
She holds a BA in Geography from UCLA and an MLA from USC.
